I have found a battered book in a house in Seers Village. It tells of magic ore and a workshop created to fashion it. After fixing up the old workshop machinery, collecting ore and smelting it I was able to create an Elemental Shield. I can make more Elemental Shields in the workshop.</div>RuneBRBot
